Burger King in Berlin

Hands down you get the best chicken burger here compared to the other fast food chains I tried in Alexanderplatz! The chicken was nice and tender and well quick service.

Nice burger place

They cannot get an order correct if their life depended on it. Each time I have ordered a vegan burger. I have been given instead a standard meat burger. Either they do not care or are doing this on purpose, the staff are also quite rude.

Whether Burger King or Mc Donald's .... Overpriced burgers that are just bad ... Never again

Little going on at Corona time. You have to walk a certain area to get to the checkout. Friendly staff. Egg. Star deduction because no vouchers or coupons are accepted

Staff is saucy cheeky. No coupon acceptance. The guy who scolds team leader thinks fact is the king. The guy doesn't work at all. Tore off his mask. Employees who were in the checkout area had no headgear on. The health department really has to step in here. Eat cold. I would have loved to throw that at your feet again. 0 stars but unfortunately I have to give you 1 🌟. We'll never go out to eat there again.

So bad that these in Alexanderplatz doesn't even accept the burger king coupon from their own app. This isn't fair. Here they are charging more when compared with other Burger king outlets in Berlin.

Disgusting

In my opinion it is cheapest than kfc and macdonalds menu. Burgers are tastier too. I personally recomment burger king

After 2 minutes in this restaurant and a visit to the toilet, my husband's wallet was stolen. In order to stop those who stole it, my husband, who noticed it immediately, was refused entry into the toilet because he should pay 50 cents if he wanted to get back in. He was totally perplexed and came to our table in the restaurant whereupon the rest of the time had to flee. Wonderful

In this shop people with disabilities are discriminated against. If I could I would give zero stars. This behavior cannot be tolerated. You should be ashamed of yourself

The food was a little cold when we got it. It still tasted good and we were all full. The decor was very nice and I felt comfortable.

One star is still too many. It made a rather dingy impression and the burgers were only lukewarm. There was also 1 burger that we didn't order. I was there with my daughter and her friend. While I was ordering, the two of them wanted to go to the toilet. They were turned away by the "nice" man in the basement. As proof that they are guests, they should bring the receipt. The man then took this away from them and only let one of them go, the other should pay. When I spoke to him, he also let the second girl go to the bathroom. But he kept the receipt. When I said I'd want to go later too, he was okay with that. After the meal, he didn't remember the conversation 10 minutes ago and wanted to see the receipt. Then he got loud and insulted me when I was just inside. I complained to the store manager. He just said that there are more problems with the gentleman, but since it is an external company, he couldn't do anything ... he also gave me the impression that he didn't care ... So they don't see us anymore: - (

This branch was ok. We only ate here. Everything was OK. No better or worse than in other branches.

The price is higher than normal burger king in whole Berlin and this burger King branch does not accept any coupons.

Too much loud!

The burgers from BK are simply incomparably delicious. Always my pleasure. A star deduction because not all sauces are always included and occasionally there is a lack of salt on the fries 🍟.

I like that despite the craziness that is Alexanderplatz, one can still manage to get a quick bite and a quick break from the shopping all around.

Worst service!!

Be careful of the mop slamming the door in the basement. Cleaning lady acts like she is defending a treasure. And before the voucher rip-offs at the checkout (these are not accepted). The chicken nuggets also taste like meat (unusual). Food was expensive and gross. NEVER AGAIN !! 1! 1 !!

Weak people. all you can do is drink hot tea before boarding the bus. A clean toilet is payable to guests

I haven't experienced a bad service such as from this Burger King from any other places in berlin. I was there on 14.09.2020 with my friends around 23:25 The guy(Kassierer Nummer 049 from my bill) was extremely rude to us. I hope the manager sees this and takes necessary disciplinary action against such idiots who are hired to work. This is not the first time that I had a bad experience from this particular branch.

Had my worst Bürger King experience The staffs were really Unfriendly and told that, they won't accept card payments if not for more than 5€.

Food was ok. But: No coupons were accepted and no payback card. Mask requirement was not really enforced. There were contact forms. But no completion was required. It remains a bad feeling. I'm not going in there anytime soon ..

Eat cold, the hamburgers already so dried out that neither mustard nor ketchup were recognizable, the remaining money was simply kept back again and again, only unskilled staff (legal?) ... who don't understand German, fries cold, everything very dirty. Friendliness and customer orientation = zero. Maybe a visit from the health department should take place !!!!! ZERO STARS !!!!! Acceptable

The food is delicious but the guy at the counter doesn't work. With a thick curb necklace, a fluffy beard, a bored and unfriendly manner, we were greeted with "If you want to show me a coupon here, you can pack the cell phone again right away". Just as bored, he packed up the menu, he didn't add napkins, terrible.
